Latex cationic for bitumen emulsions "AMDOR-LK-64"

Injection of "AMDOR-LK-64" is implemented by:

• Feed directly into the colloidal mill on a separate line in the production of bitumen emulsions;
• As part of the aqueous phase in the production of bitumen emulsions in batch plants and in the absence of a latex supply line;
• Mixing in a container with the finished emulsion with effective mixing.

"AMDOR-LK-64" refers to the 4th hazard class (low-hazard substances) according to GOST 12.1.007.

Dosage of latex "AMDOR-LK-64" varies from 2.0 to 5.0 % of emulsion weight. The exact content of latex and technological parameters of preparation of the modified emulsion depend on the results of tests of the modified emulsion in the laboratory and shall meet the requirements of GOST R 52128.

Latex "AMDOR-LK-64" is supplied in metal barrels with a capacity of 216 liters and polymer containers with a capacity of 1 m3 from warehouses in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Nizhny Tagil, Togliatti.

Latex "AMDOR-LK-64" is stored tightly closed in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place at a temperature not exceeding +40 °C. It is necessary to protect latex from frost, avoid freezing.

Warranty period of storage "AMDOR-LK-64" is 6 months from the date of manufacture.
